We have vast experience in Tract Maps and Parcel Maps within the City of Los Angeles. The process can be tricky but we have been involved with the submittal of more than 30 FINAL maps with the City of Los Angeles. We have experience in preparation of Tentative Maps
County of Los Angeles Tract Maps and Parcel Maps have similar rules but have their unique qualities dependent upon the City the property is within. Many maps are fully checked by the County of Los Angeles but not completed until they go through a checking process within that City of jurisdiction.

Condominium "Condo" Plans require Architectural plans in order to create the document that will be ultimately recorded by your Title Company. We take the information from the Final Map, Architectural plans and the documents from your Title company to compile a Condo Plan. This plan is sent to your Title Company and your lawyer for comments and approval. Once the associate Final Map is recorded, the book and page it was recorded on is recorded in the Condo Plan and then recorded.

Construction Staking and Surveying Services

Construction Staking is the establishment of a staking system to assist the contractor in the builing of structures, walls, curbs, gutters, etc. We produce staking plans and/or cut sheets to the contractor for use in construction.
Surveying services are items such as monitoring caissons, writing legal descriptions, whatever request that you may have during your construction.
